We collect only the data you provide through our forms (name, email and the content of your message) and basic technical data that the browser sends automatically (e.g. language, device type and aggregated site usage events).
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, to improve the site's quality and security and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to digital platforms in Argentina.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent when you submit a form, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site, and the fulfilment of applicable legal obligations.
5. Retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or for the period required by applicable Argentine regulations. Once no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
